FAQs

How many sessions will I need?

This is different for every person and depends on your individual goals for counselling or coaching, which we will discuss in our discovery call and clarify in our first session. As we work together, we will regularly check in on how we are progressing.

Will what we talk about remain confidential?

We are legally and ethically required to keep your information private, unless we believe there is a risk of harm to either yourself or others. All in-person and telehealth sessions are held in a private space.

What are your professional credentials?

I have undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in psychology and counselling, as well as being a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Australian Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (ARCAP). In addition, I have over 25 years experience int he corporate sector in executive leadership roles.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or you’re unable to make your appointment we need at least 24 hours notice. Switching to a telehealth appointment, if you can’t make in-person, can be a good option.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No, you can make an appointment without a referral.

Do you accept a mental health treatment plan?

No.  All sessions are payable in full by the client.
